Simply provide the following documents and equipment to enjoy our FREE HKBN Valet Equipment Return Service!

1. Service Cancellation Confirmation Notice (issued by Now TV/Cable TV)
2. Signed valet equipment return authorization letter(original)
3. Equipment/instrument (must be working properly and not damaged)

When our HKBN engineer comes to install broadband service at your address, please give the above items to our engineer

HKBN shop staff / engineer will provide you with a valet equipment return authorization letter to fill out.
Customers must submit termination requests to service providers not less than 30 days before the actual date of service termination.

HKBN Valet Equipment Return Service Terms and Conditions:
  1. The valet service for returning cable/NowTV equipment is only applicable to existing or newly registered broadband customers of HKBN (Hong Kong Broadband Network).
  2. Customer is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the equipment returned. Hong Kong Broadband Network will not be responsible for any penalty from pay TV service provider resulting from omissions or damage. If there is any loss during the transportation, it shall be borne by the customer.
  3. All equipment and documents collected will be returned to the relevant service providers within two weeks after collection. HKBN will not bear any penalty caused from failure to return the equipment on time.
  4. Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited is only responsible for returning the relevant equipment and documents to the relevant service providers. All equipment and documents received will not be returned to the customer.
  5. The customer must pay any outstanding balance and debts on their service account, and Hong Kong Broadband does not assume any responsibility.
  6. Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited reserves the final decision.
