- 1. Registrant must be aged 18 or above.
- 2. Upon successful online registration, Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (“HKBN”) Salesperson will contact the registrant via phone, email and/or SMS within 3 working days to follow-up relevant registration.
- 3. HKBN may check against the account payment record, credit and contract term status of the registrant (including both the existing and former customers of HKBN) to determine the subscription arrangements of the relevant plans with the registrant, which include the followings: (1) HKBN will request registrant to settle all overdue balance in his/her account(s) before proceeding with the subscription; (2) HKBN may decline the subscription request of the registrant based on his/her credit history and other account records with HKBN.
- 4. HKBN reserves the right to cancel or alter the terms and conditions of this registration program at any time without further notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of HKBN shall be final and conclusive.
- 5. Specifications of 25G is based on internet connection from the wallplate at customer‘s premises to the first piece of HKBN’s network equipment. For 25G Fibre Broadband service, speed specification corresponds to the maximum download speed of 25G and maximum upload speed of 25G. The actual bandwidth that the customer can enjoy may be affected by customer hardware / software, router specification, site traffic loading, type of content being accessed and other environmental factors; and hence is normally less than the above speed. The bandwidth to overseas sites will also be subject to the conditions of local network there, and therefore the bandwidth might be even less. The relevant services plan(s) are subject to HKBN’s Special Terms and Conditions of Fibre Broadband Services and the related terms and conditions of the plan.
- 6. Upon successful registration, it is deemed that registrant unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe the provisions of these terms and conditions.
- 7. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

We may also collect other data such as your preference and interests, your IP addresses, cookies and behavioural information including your usage behaviour of our Services and Platforms, browsing preference, touchpoint interaction, response to advertisements, etc. We may combine these data with your other data to enhance your experience and our provision of personalised information on our products, services, promotions and offers. You have the right to request access to and the correction of your personal data held by us. Please refer to paragraph 9 of our Personal Data & Privacy Policy Statement. For the avoidance of doubt, if you have previously agreed to our use of your personal data for direct marketing, we will continue to follow your previous preference unless you withdraw your consent by notifying us.
